Working by referral is the essence of our business. Chris McAllister, the founder of ROOST Real Estate Co., realized early in his career that working by referral was his path to success in real estate.

Chris also saw very quickly that it was going to be much easier—and less stressful—to take the long view and create advocates for his business rather than chase transactions.
