New Agents
Real Estate is an exciting and rewarding way to earn a living. If you are ready for a new career, welcome aboard! Getting a new agent up and running their first year requires a great deal of time, attention and energy from the brokerage. You can count on ROOST to provide the training, coaching, and encouragement you need to build your business.
For a new agent just starting out, we offer full service and support package with a 60/40 split. Sixty percent of every dollar earned is paid to the agent, and 40% is retained by the brokerage. Your commission split will increase each year as your total sales increase.
All ROOST agents are responsible for their monthly MLS fees and a monthly Errors and Omissions Insurance fee that is usually less than $30.00 per month depending on the location of the office. We pay for everything else including yard signs.
Experienced Agents
Experienced agents with documented sales history moving to ROOST from another firm can expect a 70/30 split with all expenses paid with the exception of monthly MLS and E and O Insurance fees.
‘Power’ Agents
If you are a top producing professional with a history of success, you need look no further for a partner than ROOST Real Estate Co. Whether your plan is to expand your business, reclaim your time, or both, we are here to support your individual goals and needs.
Agents with a proven track record earning in excess of $175,000 per year may negotiate up to a 90/10 split with an additional negotiated fee to cover marketing, staff, space, technology, and shared office expenses.
