Think of your business like a stage play. There are the front stage activities that include the performance, and the backstage activities that support the performance, and you the performer.
As a real estate professional your front stage activities involve interacting with clients and customers. Listing appointments, buyer meetings, showing properties, touching base with members of your database through phone calls, personal notes, and pop-bye’s are all front stage activities.
These are the activities that create your income.
Your backstage activities include creating purchase offers, completing listing packages, preparing CMA’s, entering listings in the MLS, scheduling showings, email, voicemail and a thousand other necessary evils that make your front state activities possible.
